On Friday night, Entrigue, Shoelace, and Pioneer went to the Tweeter Center in Camden, NJ to attend the Family Values Tour! Deadsy and Bury Your Dead were entertaining opening acts. Flyleaf played a great set and rocked the place with “I’m So Sick.” Stone Sour and the Deftones were great as can be expected, and we were all able to meet Stone Sour during the Deftones set.
The members of Stone Sour autographed Come What(ever) May CDs for us. Pioneer told Corey Taylor that they played one of the greatest shows he had ever seen, and Corey gave him a bewildered look for some reason. Obviously, Korn headlined the festival, and they were incredible. Jonathan Davis had a huge microphone stand that he was able to punch, and it would spring down to the floor and back up. They played all of their hit songs, from their early albums to their newer material. We all had a great time.
